There are a few others I have D/L and had trouble with uninstalling, and not just Arc Soft. I will not be D/L Arc Soft programs as they do not do what they say they do.

I so not download software if it has many more bad reviews that good ones. The software programs lately have been poor quality. I have bought a few of the programs through the years. I lose all of my GOTD programs I have gotten over the years. I know the software is free, but I like to back up my programs. I have tried but they will not work for me. I have 2 PCs I use, and it would be nice to be able to transfer the software from GOTD to another computer.
It just doesn't compete with other free/open source software. I have gotten other ARC Soft software from GOTD I uninstalled it all.
